What a wedding film cannot do

A wedding film cannot make a day feel more significant than it was. It can only fail to notice how significant it already was.

We removed the interviews

For years we recorded couples describing their relationship and cut those lines over footage. It tested well. It also made every film sound the same.

Silence, held long enough, is more persuasive than any line a couple can deliver on the morning of their wedding.

Now we cut to ambient sound and let the room speak.
